These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Early Learning Essentials website (elessentials.com.au) and the purchase of products and services from Early Learning Essentials ("ELE", "we", "us", "our"), a business based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders or discontinue products at any time.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we confirm despatch of your goods.
Resource items included in each pack may vary based on supplier availability and seasonal curation. All resources are carefully selected to maintain cultural authenticity and age-appropriateness.
ELE offers complimentary trial boxes to eligible early childhood education and care centres as part of our introductory programme. The following terms apply to all trial boxes.
The trial box is provided free of charge to centres that consent to Early Learning Essentials using feedback, photos and/or video from their centre on our social media channels and marketing materials. Where consent is given, ELE will seek the centre's approval before publishing any specific content.
Centres that do not provide social media and marketing consent are not eligible to receive a complimentary trial box.
In exchange for the complimentary trial box, the centre's director or authorised representative must participate in a 10-minute feedback call with ELE via Zoom within 14 days of receiving the box.
If the feedback call is not completed within 14 days of delivery, ELE reserves the right to invoice the centre the standard trial price of $397 AUD. This invoice is payable within 14 days of issue.
The trial box is a sample pack and contains fewer items than a full quarterly box. Contents are curated by ELE and may vary. All trial box resources are provided as a gift and do not need to be returned.
Acceptance of a trial box does not create any ongoing commitment, subscription or contract. No automatic charges will apply as a result of receiving a trial box. Any decision to continue with a quarterly box is entirely at the centre's discretion and requires a separate written agreement.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.
Founding Partner rates are locked in for confirmed quarterly partners and will not increase while an active quarterly arrangement is in place.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Corporate invoicing may be arranged for approved multi-site networks — contact us at to discuss.
Full payment is required before goods are despatched unless a separate invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Where a trial box has been provided and the required feedback call has not been completed within 14 days of delivery, ELE may issue an invoice for $397 AUD to the receiving centre. Payment of this invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date via the payment methods listed above.
We deliver Australia wide with free delivery included on all orders.
We will make every effort to deliver your order before the relevant event date. However, delivery timeframes are estimates and we do not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (including courier delays or force majeure events).
Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
Centres on a quarterly box arrangement may cancel or pause at any time by providing written notice to ELE at [email protected]. A minimum of 30 days' notice is required before the next scheduled despatch date.
There are no cancellation fees. Boxes already despatched prior to a valid cancellation notice are not eligible for refund under our standard returns policy.
ELE reserves the right to pause or discontinue the quarterly box programme with 30 days' written notice to the centre.
Due to the nature of our curated, event-based product packs, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been despatched, except where:
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at with photographs of the issue.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Activity Inspiration Guide and any other digital materials are delivered by email and are for the internal use of the purchasing organisation only. They may not be shared, resold, redistributed or reproduced outside of your organisation without our prior written consent.
All content on our website and in our digital products is owned by or licensed to Early Learning Essentials and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELE's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
